I had the honor to see James & Jennifer again as they returned to Philadelphia for their beautiful wedding ceremony at the College of Physicians. A classic atmosphere with a lot of books and plenty of historical Philadelphia history. Everything about this day was light filled and magical. The day started at the Loews Hotel where the pair got dressed. We arrived at the University of Pennsylvania to do the first look. This place was where it all began (and proposed!), so it was only natural that they returned. His expression was priceless! From there the rest of the wedding day went as planned with tears, laughter, and joy.
The venue was just a beautiful trip into history that was such a nice touch. The museum alone is worth visiting if just to see all the oddities collected and put on display. It’s interesting seeing how much history Philadelphia has locked away. After a heartfelt ceremony surrounded by loved ones in the garden filled with every medicinal herb imaginable, the couple joined the rest into the halls for a fun night of live music, hora chair lifting, and plenty of fun moments. This couple was nothing but amazing. The bride had a smile that lit the room and the groom was just smitten. I wish I could go back and do it again, but weddings are once in a lifetime moments.
Congratulations, James and Jennifer! Thank you for having me document one of the happiest days of your lives. I hope there are more to come!
