A farm wedding! I can finally say that I did a wedding on a farm! An extremely beautiful wedding, too.
South Jersey is my hometown and place of family, so I’m always happy when I’m able to go back. I love the wooded area during autumn because it brings out the best colors. At least in my humble opinion. This September, I went back to meet Kevin and Brooklyn again to capture their big day—wedding day! Cecil Creek Farm in Mickleton, NJ is a beautiful 42 acres farmland filled with chickens, horses, and more. A beautiful farmland with gorgeous trees, wildflowers, and open scenery. The bride and groom prepped at a hotel, then headed to the farm to do the first look. It was one of those days where you’re having so much fun that it was easy to lose track of time. Yet despite how quickly time was moving, the couple was happy and enjoying every moment.
Colorful and vibrant, they said their vows surrounded by family and friends underneath a beautiful setting sun. I had such a great time spending the day with Brooklyn and Kevin. There may have been a few tears of my own shed, but that usually happens when it comes to first looks. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the sheer look of surprise and awe on the groom’s face when seeing his bride for the first time.
